Prometheus Class Starship

The Prometheus Class starship was featured recently on the Star Trek Voyager episode "Message in a Bottle". It is an experimental new type of ship, capable of splitting into three separate warp capable attack ships, which is known as the 'Multi Vector Assault Mode'. The ship's computer is able to coordinate complex attack patterns, with deadly resuts. The outer appearance of the ship is a blending of design elements from other ships (common practice on Star Trek), with a primary hull similar in shape to the prototype U.S.S. Voyager model. The nacelles are quite similar to those of the Sovereign class. The Prometheus was computer generated, no physical model was built.

The Prometheus pictures are divided into six pages. The first are excellent scans from Star Trek: The Magazine, and the rest are original video captures from "Message in a Bottle". Click below to visit the pages.
