This ship is an interesting combination of older movie type ship parts. If you look closely, you can see that the saucer is like the NX-2000 Excelsior saucer, with a single deflector crystal. The nacelles are the refit Constitution type engines, which have shown up on a number of different ships. Perhaps most unusual feature is the foreward extending secondary hull. It reminds me a bit of the Clemenceau Class Through Deck Cruiser from Jackill's Starfleet Reference Manual Volume 3 .
