The most famous Ambassador class ship is the U.S.S. Enterprise 1701-C. Other ships in this class include the U.S.S. Excalibur, U.S.S. Zhukov, and U.S.S. Yamaguchi. As far as I know these are the only Ambassador Class ships that have been shown on Star Trek, the same model being redressed each time to represent the different ships. There ARE cosmetic differences between the Enterprise C and the newer ships. A section profiling this is in the works.
